    KB or DB or Ball
    Platform of some kind

    Circuit 1) 4 Min AMRAP of:
    5 Knee strikes
    10 Squat Jumps
    20 Crunches

    Then: 10 Jumping Jacks & 10 High Knees, break down to 1.

    Circuit 2) 4 Min AMRAP of:
    5 Burpees
    10 Box Lunges
    20 V Ups

    Then: 10 Jumping Jacks & 10 High Knees, break down to 1.

    Circuit 3) 5 Rounds Of:
    5 Burpee Tuck Jump
    10 Lunge Jumps
    20 Squat Jumps

    Then: 10 Jumping Jacks & 10 High Knees, break down to 1.
