We've seen a lot of Spider-Man lately. Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse, Spider-Man: Homecoming, and soon Spider-Man: Far From Home. Before that we saw Andrew Garfield slinging webs with Emma Stone for a couple movies, but I want you to think FURTHER back. That's right, I'm talking Tobey Maguire Spider-Man.
Remember how at the end of his first movie EVERYTHING had gone wrong? Norman Osborn - the Green Goblin - was gone, his best friend was fatherless, Uncle Ben did what all Uncle Ben's do, etc.. It was all very sad. In Spider-Man 2, we see a Spider-Man without his powers. I want to talk about WHY he lost his powers. What made our friendly, neighborhood Spider-Man just plain, old Peter Parker?

Don't know if you ever saw The Rising of the Shield Hero anime (which oddly enough premiered right around the time this video went up), but it makes for an interesting parallel to what you discuss here. The main guy and girl both go through some serious crap and end up suffering many of the same symptoms you list:
    -

The MC is betrayed, framed, and completely vilified, so he ends up not being able to trust anyone, lashes out at just about anything that reminds him of how he was railroaded or the woman who ruined his life, can't taste food, and is paranoid about everyone being out to get him (which, in his case, is sadly true about as often as it's false if not more so)
    -
As for the main girl, she witnessed the deaths of her parents, was sold into slavery, and brutally tortured. Her symptoms include, but aren't limited to having nightmares about her parents and the torment she suffered as a slave, freezes up when confronted with monsters (particularly with one that resembled the one that killed her parents), and freaking out whenever she thinks the MC might be angry at her for fear of being punished.
    -
Interestingly, they are each able to slowly overcome their traumas by inadvertently creating an I.P.T. with each other. The MC, despite being angry and bitter about his situation, nevertheless shows kindness to the girl by giving her food and medicine and holding her when she has her nightmares. The girl, in turn, declares unwavering loyalty to the MC and her complete belief that he is innocent of the crimes he was framed for, allowing him to finally begin working through his trauma and depression.

I watched a few of your videos and in this small sample, this one is the closest to what a theory actually is (from seemingly separated FACTS to a logical conclusion), instead of hypotheses or just pure speculation.
PTSD...So where do Spidey's powers come from exactly ? His entire physiology (including brain physiology) or his brain only ? The first possibility could explain why he lost everything at once, but the 2nd possibility could explain why his powers came back just a few seconds after MJ got kidnapped by Doc Ock. Perhaps that his healing factor is the common denominator and that this healing factor depends on his brain while the rest of his powers depend on all the rest. I don't know..if someone has better ideas to share.

It's also worth noting that often times veterans suffering from PTSD will have a knee jerk reaction to certain triggers such as fireworks to act on their military training. Much like how whenever Peter was attacked by a supervillain his knee jerk reaction was to Spiderman it up
