    10 Row Ea arm
    15 Sit Up

    Then at end of 5 min: Break down from 10 Mountain Climbers to 1 with 5 Squats between each level.

    Circuit 2) 5 Min AMRAP of:
    5 Box Lunges
    10 Squat Jump
    15 Push Up

    At end of 5 Min: Breakdown 10 to 1 Jumping Jacks & High Knees

    Circuit 3) The Competition!

    10 Minute time cap:
    5 Rounds of: 10 Burpee Jump overs, 10 Thrusters
    with remaining time: Max number of V ups
