Thinking about investing into one of these DTG printers, it's an easier way to make custom t-shirts and it does not involve nearly as much labor as screen printing. Direct to garment printing will probably take over the screen printing industry in the next few years as soon as the machines become more affordable. The direct to garment t-shirt printer i'm looking at in this video is called the Epson Surecolor F2100. It printed all 3 t-shirts in less than 3 minutes. What do you guys think i should do?

The upkeep and printing costs for this dtg a will out way your profits in most cases, they look promising but in reality they are a real headache. Don’t spend your hard earned money on this thing, do your research.

took much longer than every screenprint and made just one shirt instead of 6......... useless

You’re over hyping it. Focus on quality and efficiency and profit will come. The direct to shirt printer is just one tool.

Hello Kenyon. I stumbled upon this video and am always impressed by talented people with the courage to go for it, especially young ones. I see this video is from May 2019 was wondering if you made a follow up vid. of what you learned while and after deciding to buy a dtg digit printer?
I'v been thinking about DTG printing as a second job, for two+ years now. I have an entire marketing plan, logo etc in my head, have even done some field distribution research. I have no plans for a brick and mortar store of my own, it doesn't really fit my business/marketing plan but never say never.
I would love to pick your brain for just a little while, maybe it would give me the courage to make it happen. I'll shoot an email to you as well
    Good video btw.

We have two of the stalls heat presses where I work and they cost $2500 and they are the biggest pieces of junk imaginable.

Everything on them breaks. Geo. Knight is better.

tried DTG printing and the quality is much much POORER than screen printing. designs fade after only a few washes. easy for the printing business but shit for the customer.
